At Stila Cosmetics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns of products in new or gently used condition within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to return.
Print Your Label
After submitting your request, a prepaid USPS return shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the products in their original packaging, include the packing slip, and affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop off your package at any authorized USPS location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
